18 Contenders travelled to Brightlingsea for the 4th TT event of the year, including one visitor from Holland.

Sunday arrived with a stronger breeze and some entertainment as the fixed rudder boats short tacked up the channel to the race area. Race 3 was initially led by Rodger White, with much place changing the final finishing order being Simon Mussell followed by Paul Ross and Gary Langdown in third.
In race 4 Simon and Paul continued there charge to the front with Mussell taking the win with Paul second and John Browett keeping his consistency in third.
Going into the last race all the podium places were up for grabs, the main protagonists went right except John taking the left route, and the lead. He extended his lead to win, Simon and Gary climbed through the fleet eventually taking 2nd and 3rd. Simon’s 2nd giving him the overall series.
